Orders processed Monday - Friday
Australia:
Standard shipping: A$19 (free shipping over A$99!).
Spend over $130 and receive free express shipping within Australia.
● Orders received after 12:00 pm EST will be processed on the next business day. Orders
received after 12:00 pm EST on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
● All delivery timelines are estimates and are subject to change. For the most up-to-date
delivery information, please refer to the tracking information in your shipping confirmation
email.
● Orders within Australia will be processed within 3 days
● Please Note: seasonal periods ( eg: Christmas new years ) and sale periods - Please
allow extra business days for orders placed during sale periods to be dispatched and
received .
● Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping
will be deducted from your refund.
Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to
request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn
or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of
purchase.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We highly recommend you consider trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping
insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective,
damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
