Refund policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed at TE luxx hair studio. If for any reason you are not satisfied with
a product directly purchased from our website and wish to return or exchange it, you may return
the product for a refund or make a free exchange.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund
was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment
method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to
process and post the refund too.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be
deducted from your refund.

● This policy is only valid for orders made through website teluxxhairstudio.com.au Items
purchased from other retailers cannot be returned or exchanged on our website
● In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange - all products must be returned, whether
empty, partially used, or unopened

P.S. returned products will be donated to a non profit that provides cosmetic products to women
in need.
